Michael Bruce  brings a thorough knowledge of the reconstruction and cost estimating process for all construction projects. Throughout his 30 year career in reconstruction he has served as on-site super, project manager, vice president and owner which includes reconstruction on over 5000 units.  He has provided cost estimating and construction services to HOAs, apartment owners, Reits,  property managers, developers, architects and consultants for reconstruction.

Ted Watson has 25 years of extensive project management and construction management experience in developing site teams to meet project schedules, budgets and goals. Over his career he has worked on most types of constructions including high-end homes, military, government, municipalities, education, restaurants, high-rises to HOA condominiums. Proficient in project schedules, budgets, subcontracts and the day to day operations of a successful construction company.
